		Martin Mlynár Martin is Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of the company. Martin was previously co-founder and Managing Director of Altis Investment Management, responsible for building the institutional business in Europe. Martin began his career at Barings in London, joining ING Barings in Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets. He then moved to IMC in Amsterdam as Head of Business Development. Martin has 15 years investment experience.
		Paul van Gent Paul is Chief Investment Officer of the company. Previously, Paul was responsible for Manager Selection at PME, the Dutch industry-wide pension fund for the metal industry, managing over € 21 billion globally. Prior to that, he was Head of Investment Consulting and responsible for the selection of external asset managers for IBM’s pension fund clients in the EMEA area. Paul has 22 years investment experience.
		Cian Maynard Cian is Head of Operations and Client Service and a co-founder of the company. Previously he was Director of Operations and Client Service at Altis Investment Management. Prior to that he was Chief Administrative Officer at Morgan Stanley Private Client Group in Frankfurt. Cian has 15 years investment experience.
		Sadruddin Rejeb Sadruddin is Head of Research and a co-founder of the company. Previously he was Director of Quantitative Analysis at Altis Investment Management. Prior to that he was the chief architect of a proprietary investment platform at MJT in Geneva. A physics graduate from the EPFL in Lausanne, he holds a Masters in Financial Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. Sadruddin has 10 years of investment experience.
