Roger spent over 25 years at UBS in various roles related to Swiss institutional clients, including investment advisory, business development and, for the last six years, regional manager for pension funds and institutional clients. Roger holds a Swiss Certified Banker, an AZEK (Certified European Financial Analyst) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Pension Fund Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

Martin Mlynár, Partner and CEO: “Roger’s experience and knowledge of the industry in Switzerland will be key pillar in our local commercial endeavour. We are excited to have him on board. Roger will be part of Corestone’s Swiss focused team realizing our ambitious plans by servicing Swiss institutional clients.”

Simone Gollino Mitschnigg will assume the task of further developing the existing structures following Corestone’s management buy-out, adapting them to changing regulatory conditions and assist the company to implement its strategy. Her broad experience with the former sister company RobecoSAM AG can now be applied at Corestone.

Before joining Corestone, Simone was heading the Legal & Compliance Department of RobecoSAM AG, a FINMA licensed asset management company focusing on sustainable investment solutions. Furthermore, she was heading the Legal & Compliance Department of Credit Suisse Trust (Liechtenstein) AG. Simone is a qualified TEP member and holds a master degree in law from the University of Basel and Lausanne.

Cian Maynard, Partner and COO, said: “I am very glad that we have been able to add Simone to the Corestone team and can profit from her extensive legal, compliance and operations background.  In the light of the development of the important topics risk and governance, it was vital for our business to find an expert for this key function. Simone will help us to offer solutions to our clients which meet the highest quality standards.”
